What to Expect with Pricing
Our pricing is structured to provide clear, upfront costs for all consultations, treatment plans, and ongoing care. Pricing for specific programs and services will be discussed during your free initial consultation to ensure transparency and alignment with your healthcare goals.
At Evolve, your wellness experience is designed to be comprehensive and transparent. To eliminate surprise costs, most services—including lab work, select supplements, prescriptions, and follow-up visits—are included as part of your care package.
If you choose individual sessions, your cost includes an office visit with a comprehensive evaluation and prescription management- all labs and prescriptions will be billed by the lab or pharmacy to your insurance.
- Lab Work & Imaging:
If recommended, orders will be sent directly to facilities such as LabCorp, Quest, or a radiology center. We manage the coordination and review of all results, which are integrated into your personalized treatment plan. - Prescriptions & Supplements:
Most medications, including hormones, are included in your package when clinically indicated. A credit toward high-quality supplements is also included to support your treatment plan.
